How to Check Kakobuy Spreadsheet Links
A product URL can still load after its item, seller, price or available variants have changed. Check the live destination against the saved record instead of treating a working page as proof that the original listing is unchanged.
Four link states to distinguish

Check identity before price
Compare the product title, identifying number, visible images, source domain and seller information where available. A lower or higher price does not tell you whether the item is the same. Sellers may edit listings, reuse pages or remove a variant while leaving the address accessible.
Confirm the exact variant
- Open the current external page rather than relying on a screenshot.
- Match the model, color, size, batch or other option to your notes.
- Check whether the selected option changes the displayed image or price.
- Record the destination URL and date of your check.
- Repeat the check immediately before payment.
Use QC references carefully
A QC image may belong to a previous order, a different size or another version. Match any visible identifiers and measurements before using it as a comparison. Even a matching image cannot prove authenticity, materials, durability, seller reliability or the condition of a future order.
Why links become stale
Listings can be removed, moved, edited or restricted. Stock and variants can change independently. Recent Reddit posts repeatedly promote direct links, updated finds and QC photos, while other discussions report dead links or changed listings. These posts reveal user concerns, but they do not independently verify a product or seller.
Safe fallback when a link fails
Return to the relevant category guide, define the fields you need and compare a replacement as a new candidate. Do not assume that a similar image, title or price means the products are equivalent. Current product records remain on PickFound and must be checked there.
What does a checked link prove?
It proves only that the address was accessible and matched the recorded visible details on the stated check date. It does not prove stock, authenticity, quality or seller conduct.
What if the page loads but the product changed?
Treat it as a new listing. Recheck the item, variant, seller, price, images and relevant policies before deciding.
Can an old QC photo verify a future order?
No. It can provide a visual reference, but the item, batch, size, condition and fulfillment can differ.
