Kakobuy QC Photos: What They Show and What They Cannot Prove
QC photos can help confirm that a photographed item visually matches the ordered type and variant. They cannot establish authenticity, material composition, durability or seller reliability.
Start with the order details
Before examining quality, confirm that the photo set appears to show the correct product, color, size and quantity. A detailed inspection of the wrong variant is still a failed check.
What to inspect by product type

A repeatable inspection sequence
- Compare the full-item view with the listing image.
- Confirm tags, labels and the ordered variant.
- Check left-right symmetry where relevant.
- Zoom in on seams, edges, hardware and printed details.
- Look for stains, scratches, dents, loose threads or glue.
- Compare ruler measurements with your required dimensions.
- Request another photo when lighting or angle blocks a material check.
What QC photos cannot prove
An image is evidence of visible appearance at one moment. It cannot prove that a product is authentic, that every material claim is correct, or that the item will perform well after repeated use. It also does not prove that the seller is consistently reliable.
How to make a decision
Separate findings into three groups: confirmed match, visible concern and unknown. Approve only when the confirmed details cover your essential requirements and the unresolved items are acceptable. If the size, color, quantity or a major feature conflicts with the order, pause and use the platform’s current support process.
Keep the evidence
Save the QC set, order page and your written issue description before contacting support. Use neutral, specific language such as “the ruler shows 68 cm while the listing states 74 cm,” rather than a broad quality claim.
