What Is Kakobuy and How Does It Work?
Kakobuy is a shopping-agent service that connects a product-source stage, a warehouse stage and an international parcel stage. Each stage has different decisions, records and risks.
What Kakobuy does
Kakobuy provides a workflow for submitting eligible product links, arranging a purchase, receiving items at a warehouse, presenting inspection information and submitting stored items for international shipping. The seller supplies the product, Kakobuy handles agent and warehouse stages, and a logistics provider handles the selected international route.
How the Kakobuy workflow works
- Chinese marketplace or product source: the user finds a supported source link and checks the exact item, seller, variant and current price.
- Purchase: the user submits the link and purchase details. Availability, restrictions and final charges must be confirmed in the live interface.
- Warehouse: an eligible purchased item is sent to the agent warehouse and recorded against the order.
- QC: warehouse information or photos can help check visible details and obvious mismatches.
- Parcel submission: the user selects eligible warehouse items, packaging instructions and an available shipping route.
- International shipping: a logistics provider moves the parcel and tracking events may appear in stages.
The product-source and purchase stage
A source listing is the starting point, not a guarantee. Confirm that the live page still matches the intended product, quantity, color, size and seller. A link can remain accessible while the listing details, price or stock change. Keep the URL and submitted variant in your own record.
The warehouse and QC stage
The warehouse stage gives the user a checkpoint before international shipping. Visible QC information may help identify the received variant, measurements, color, shape, labels and obvious damage. Parcel submission and international shipping
