Order and parcel tracking
Kakobuy Tracking: How to Check Orders and Parcel Updates
Purchase orders, warehouse items and international parcels are different records. Check the correct record before interpreting a status or asking for support.
Purchase order tracking
Kakobuy’s official notice describes an Original Order Tracking feature in the user center under Order, using the purchase order number. This stage concerns the source purchase and seller-to-warehouse movement. Save the purchase order number, source URL, variant and submission date.
Warehouse status
A warehouse status can show whether the item has been received, recorded, inspected or is waiting for another action. It does not mean the item has entered international logistics. Compare the warehouse record with your saved variant and review any visible QC information before parcel submission.
Parcel tracking
After dispatch, Kakobuy’s official tracking help directs users to Member Center → My Parcel → Logistics Details. The page may provide a tracking number, event history or another official query URL. Use the parcel record associated with the submitted items and destination.
Order status vs international logistics status
| Record | What it describes | Useful identifier |
|---|---|---|
| Purchase order | Source purchase and movement toward the warehouse | Purchase order number |
| Warehouse item | Receipt, inspection and eligibility for parcel submission | Order or warehouse item reference |
| International parcel | Submitted package and carrier movement | Parcel number and tracking number |
Why tracking updates can lag
- A label can be created before the next physical carrier scan.
- A parcel can move between logistics partners before a public event appears.
- Export, transfer, customs and destination-carrier systems may post at different times.
- Time-zone differences and batch data exchanges can delay the visible event.
- A status translation may be less specific than the underlying carrier event.
A quiet timeline does not by itself prove that a parcel is lost. This guide does not set a universal number of days after which loss should be assumed.
Information users should save
- Purchase order number and parcel number
- International tracking number and carrier or route name
- Source URL, selected variant and warehouse item references
- Parcel submission and dispatch dates
- Destination address summary and selected service
- Last visible event with its timestamp
- Screenshots of the parcel detail and support messages
When to contact official support
Contact official Kakobuy support when the displayed record is inconsistent, an identifier is missing, a required action is unclear, or the parcel page and carrier query cannot explain the current stage. Provide the relevant identifiers, dates and last event. Avoid posting full tracking numbers, addresses or payment data in public discussions.

Frequently asked questions
Where can I check a dispatched Kakobuy parcel?
Kakobuy’s official help directs users to Member Center, My Parcel, then Logistics Details.
Is a purchase order number the same as a parcel tracking number?
No. The purchase order identifies the buying stage; the parcel or carrier number identifies the submitted international shipment.
Why is Kakobuy tracking not updating?
Carrier handoffs, export processing, customs systems, batch data exchange and delayed scans can create gaps. Check the official parcel detail and carrier query before escalating.
Does no update mean the parcel is lost?
No. A lack of recent public events is not enough to prove loss. Ask official support with the parcel identifiers and last event when the record needs investigation.
